Good day everyone,

Greetings from Singapore. Anyway, I'm hitting 20 this year and I just got enlisted in the Army. I've also just read The Game by Neil Strauss and I'm motivated to improve my social standing with women.

Anyway... I have been having trouble with holding conversations with women in my age group and I get bored and don't know how to respond to them. Aside from that, I have an approach anxiety problem that is pretty severe and what is worst its not just approach anxiety I get anxious when I'm about to call a girl and I tend to rattle off to quickly on the phone.

Any suggestions for this? I don't think I'm an introvert, in fact I would say I'm pretty outspoken and to add.. I never had the problem i mentioned in the past -_- it just seemed to hit me after I read The Game lol.
