I apologize up front for posting in this section but didn't had any other way to do it.

Its beyond doubt that this is a great community with lots of great people in here.
However the way this website has been manged has utterly disappointed me.
I have paid for the Private membership zone 10 days back and haven't got the access so far.
Have sent endless mails and PMs patiently to the site admins ever since without a single response.
Is there a site admin on this website who cares to provide the service after getting paid!!!
