New comer here seeking to better himself.
I recently was shared the holy scriptures known as The Game, by Neil Strauss

My brother gave me this book and I can barly put it down. I spent three hours last night reading.

I am in my late twenties now and on the path to improving myself and my life as a whole but in the realme of women I get shot down like Larry Flint.

I have been described as "so much fun", "so funny", "such a great guy" and a bunch of other great stuff that socally has been a much needed ego boost.

However, I continuously fail to pick up women.
I dont have much in the way of style of dress, a t-shirt and jeans do it for me.

I am a short guy only 5ft3in-ish, (or as my newest favorite saying goes: "I'm not short. I'm FUN size!") and a bit chunky, about 215lbs so I have a belly. Working of the fat part.

I have been reassured that by developing my Game I can still succeed with women.

First things first I need to give myself a better look I think, Peacock method, but I dont have the first clue on looking good. I would prefer to stay on the classy end of the spectrum.

I need to figure out something better with my hair too. I'd prefer not to have to do alot of upkeep but I am open to anything.

There is something about being rejected by women that makes a man feel like less than a man. I will not live like this anymore. I want to be free from the destructive judgment I place on myself.

Hey dude I think I know your problem. Although humor is good for a social gathering it is not so good when picking up girls. What humor does is loosen that lovely thing that I like to call sexual tension. You need that shit, its important.

Here's what I recommend you do. You need to open up a group with the humor, while negging the girl of course, and keep the conversation alive for a while. Then when everyone accepts you you can make your move on the girl.

All humor should now be on the down low. You can use it but you need a little awkwardness between you two. Because if you just try to make her laugh you just become the clown, you become her friend and not her lover.

The humor is probably one of the greatest skills a PUA can possess, but the issue is that you need to know when to use it. Use it on the group, not the girl. Good Luck!
