how you got into "the game":

Quite appropriately, I was introduced to the whole concept of pickup by a friend who gave the 'The Game: Penetrating the Secret Society of Pick-Up Artists' by Neil Strauss. I've always seen women as an esoteric, alien concept that I could never even begin to comprehend, but this whole idea of Pick-Up translates them into a systematic method that can be broken down, learnt and then uniquely moulded into something of one's own work. I see this as the perfect way to build up my self-esteem and stop being a socially retarded chump.

how long you've been studying and practicing pickup:

Started reading 'The Game' yesterday, been trying to expand my reading but I haven't done any field practise yet. This is why I came to this forum, as I don't have friends in real life who'd go out with me to do this sorta thing.

what your hobbies/passions are:

Being the complete and utter socially retarded nerd I am, my passions lie in videogaming, composing music, philosophy and mathematics.

Short-term goal is to get laid. Long-term, I want to build my confidence, be able to be a social person, overcome my social anxieties and stop being such a fucking chump.
