Hi,

I've been considering saying Hi to girls in the gym. But I feel somewhat weird about it - because what if it goes badly? I'll see these people often.

Wait - this is illogical. How can saying hi go badly. Most people will say hi back, or might ignore you. But it cant be bad.

Still, some part of me is wussing out.

Thoughts?

btw - my friend said it was all about quantity - you hit on a lot of women.....

Gym game can be hard as alot of times girls are on machines doing there thing, with head phones on etc....

Alot of times if you make eye contact with a girl, smile and say hello...

Also the gym is a great place to neg, try some "euh your all sweaty" "hit the showers GI jane haha" I've done this jokingly and some girls laugh and will love it, and some girls like just look at you like your weird.

These are the serious boring ones, and best to avoid anyway haha, worth noting though occasionally people are really into the gym and there routine, and take it really seriously, they may not want to stand and talk forever, but you will discover this when you open. I would say 99% of people are friendlt though......

I've had lots of funny mishaps at the gym like opened a girl, without realizing the girl is wearing headphones, and she doesnt hear me at all haha...

A good start would be "come on put some effort into it, don't be sooooo lazy haha" like an opener neg, just experiment.....
