Hey guys, i just joined this site and have a few questions and kind of a cool story.

I was at Chapters for my B-Day a few days ago(turned 21) and i was with a friend, and i was talking to him how sick i am of not being able to talk to girls(i have no problem walking-up and saying hi just never no what to say after) and as he was looking at some books i saw this girl siting on a chair reading a book. Thought to myself "wow she smoking" THAN i saw what she was reading * The Game by Neil Strauss*, i found it funny cause she was easily a 10 and was reading about PUA. Anyways, i found the book(one copy left). I started reading it and it was just what i was looking for(kind of like a sign imo) and iv been surfing the the web and all that trying to get as much info as i can but there are a few questions i have.

1) In The Game he lists 11 steps to take in order to seduce a women. Are these the main steps everyone use? If you dont no them he lists Select A Target, Approach and Open, Demonstrate Value, Disarm The Obsticals, Isolate The Target, Create an Emotional Connection, Extract To A Seduction Location, Pump Buying Temperature, Make A Physical Connection, Blast Last-Minute Resistance and Manage Expectations.
If not can someone list them?

2)What are some good books to read? I keep hearing different thoughts on Mystery Method so i dunno if its a goodone.

Thats how i discoverd this whole PUA and now im begining my journey and i have to say im excited. Ill be going to the mall in a few days and try some day game, crash or burn i dont care, im maning-up and getting my shit together.

You're probably the only newbie on this site that I don't hate, and for some reason I can't put my finger on it.

First thing you need to understand is that the very concept of Game is a guideline, not a rulebook. The only way you're going to find true confidence in talking to girls is by finding your own method. Game is more like a long list of examples that you can use to get started, they come in a variety of different flavours such as: Openers, Mid-Game and Closes.

Step 1. Start talking to girls, talk about anything. It's about learning how to have a fluent conversation and will build your confidence in conversing with the opposite sex.

I suggest you just skim through some threads on the website. The only way you'll actually learn anything, however, is by applying it in real social situations (none of this internet shit).
