Just got out of a 7 year relationship.

Basically my first ever relationship, when i was 19 we met at uni, last 3 years were long distance the last two of which she started cheated on me and basically became a complete selfish bitch from that point on.
I struggled with one-itis for the two years and basically she just used me during that period, going as far as pretending she intended to get married, making me prepare for it then she just ran off with the guy she initially cheated without saying a word.

Anyway, long story short I'm in the process of putting that waste of time behind me now and I just realised as I've spent my entire adult life out of the game, as I was completely monogamous during our relationship. I actually just don't know how to approach a girl i'm interested in.

I'm not actually shy, i just have serious approach anxiety.
People who know me well know i'm anything but quiet,
but I really hate being out of my comfort zone ,so when confronted with people I've never met, especially HB's I just freeze completely and don't know what to say, afraid I will seem like an idiot, and usually just quietly avoid everyone.
Anyway, seems like a lot of great and friendly advice on here, that will help me out with the ladies, and just thought I give a quick shout out to everyone!
