hi everyone. just stumbles across this great site and thought id give it a go. i am 17, currently at high school in the UK. going to university next year. im socially awkward and not great with women, but getting better.

i started a new school last year and was alpha as phuck without realizing. i was talking to a shit ton of girls, got a ton of numbers but i tried to make friends with the wrong people. i had nothing in common and didnt get on with the 'popular guys' so i felt lonely and lost all my confidence. i recently started hanging out with the 'nerdy' guys and i feel so much better. im nearly the alpha of the group after 3 weeks, i have stuff in common with these guys, we go out more and im already working on a 7/10 i know.

i keep trying to work on my PUA skills but these guys dont go out much and arent exactly pulling gurus. think they are all virgins. the worst thing is i live in a small town and have no real way of getting round without a car, wich i cant afford.

so im just wondering where to start. i need to create an 'attractive lifestyle', get some 'social proof' (car, better looking friends), and practice my PUA skills.

i think my biggest weakness is my confidence. i didnt feel confident around the cool guys because a few of them where dicks. so i didnt realy do anything and became realy boring because i was scared to let my guard down. amongst my new friends im much more relaxed because they are nice people. i know i can joke around more and be a fun person.

so any pointers would be great. i think what i need to do most is get a job and some money so i get a car and start going out more.
