Hi, i am a 22 year old lad from Aylesbury, England which is near to London. I got into the game by reading the book by Style, and although i found it very inteesting did not think i was anything like that.

Ive only really been looking into it a couple of months, but hav now decided to take it seriously, as i have realised i am not good with women and need help.

My goals would just to be more confident around women, when on nights out or walking down the street i cant even look them in the eye and get nervous and its starting to really affect my life. Although i can talk to women, when i like someone i have real probelms and need help!! My confidence is at an all time low.

So please help, where do i start???? any tips.......

I recommend reading some of Paul Janka and his book attraction formula. Some of his methods really AREN'T conventional unless you live in a big city like New York. Definitely check out the Mystery Method by Mystery. Beautiful breakdown of pickup and game, especially for the nerdy guys like me. Check out some of David DeAngelo and Neil Strauss tips too my man.
