Location: US | | so I went to the bars tonight and tried out this great strategy. I would approach hb8s and tell them that I was an investement banker from NY who just earned a million dollars in stocks. My buddy next to me was my good construction worker friend who just got laid off, even though he built my office.
HB8s seemed to feel for this and were all over me. I even bought drinks for them. A guy thought I was legit so he gave me some money to put in the bar-dancer's bra.
$1,000,000!!!!!

What's the difference between telling some chick you're rich and taking out your down-on-his-luck friend or just telling her you're taking out your down-on-his-luck-friend?
Most of the really basic PUA stuff is based on pretending to be something you're not. Dress up like a rock star or whatever.
Frankly there's not a whole lot to that and guys have been doing it for ages.

i dont have a problem lying to women to get laid and inventing wee stories but honest to god man thats basic and pretty easy to get caught out.
i dont quite get the angle you are playing with the construction worker friend.... is it simply that u are taking him out for a drink or is ther more depth to the plot?
did it get you both laid?
