Well, being as a noob, I consider you to first read some ebook's about "The Game", this on of course, by Neill Strauss himself. Search for some others if you wish, MM by Mistery, Magic Bullets by Savoy/sinns and make sure you keep learning from them. Take notes and learn notes.
Before going out I suggest, practise. Practise a routine, don't go too standard, make it a bit lose, implement your own style so the ladies won't notice that you are actually picking them up. It needs to be like this, else it won't work.
Start regular & small, use openers, get them to talk to you. When that works, try to keep them interested and mark the target. Make sure when you enter a set, that you keep the whole set with you, do NOT FORGET about the alpha male in the group (if there is one -- you need his approval or either you need to be blocking him out, but if you're new, I suggest the first option is the best for you.)
Then comes the harder part, seduction itself. Get her to like you, use body language, push & pull tactics, DHV's (Demonstration of Higher Value = basicly story telling.) When you see her putting up with enough IOI (Indicator of Interest) make a move!
Isolate the target, take her to a table away from her friends. But make sure you again ask for approval, you can also take the entire set with you.. but it will be harder to keep the entire set with you. Then you go to kino-escalate (touching, softly..) but again she needs to want you, you're the prize, she's the child wanting to have the prize! and when she's completely digged in.. Kiss close!
Really it ain't that hard.. if you need tips & trics, ask everyone here, we'd be delighted to help. Another tip I'd suggest is watching the TV show, just google for "The Master Pickup Artist online". You'd be able to watch it through streaming, really nice and learnfull!
