recently my girl friend left me(a week ago) after 3 and a half years we were together from 16 to 19 and she (14 to 17), she is currently having emotional distress and for some reason wanted this relationship to end - i cannot cope with it and i wish to get her back.
She says she still loves me and cannot look at facebook to see that im single and the comments people made about our relationship ending.
Ive sent her an sms saying that i love her and im waiting for her to decide whether were gonna be friends or lovers when the times right, but as of now im going insane from thinking about it - she wrote back to me saying she needs a lot of time to recuperate from her emotional discomfort (which includes being detached from her friends and from everybody) and doesnt know how much time she needs to feel better and she is at one with her decision to leave me at the moment.

what should i do to get her back?
