hello everybody,
I'm a guy from Italy... It's just a month that I've been reading, watching videos, and trying my first steps.
I'm living in Sweden, so I have very good "material" to train :) but I still need some suggestions and to work!

Welcome. I'm new, too, so let's figure this stuff out together.

So much of it is just your mindset. Start small and go at it like an experiment. Go all in, see what works and what doesn't, and get better the next time. Build on your successes.
