Ok so I'm 16 and from England (yes I'm legal). I'm a shy, slightly overweight guy never kissed, been in a relationship or had sex with a girl and recently been suffering from extreme loneliness.

I'm here to learn how to build up my confidence, I'm the type of guy who is really quiet until you've known me for a long time, my aim is not to pick up girls and have 1 night stands I just would like to have the confidence to form a stable relationship.

Any tips on where to start would be nice but I'll just start by reading everything here.

Hey welcome to the forum, though I must admit I'm also new here (not new to 'the game'). Let me make one thing clear, your looks don't matter. Women look for confidence and humor actually.

May I recommend to you to watch Sean Stephenson on Youtube and The PickUp-Artist serie of VH1? They helped me a lot. You may come from a place of scarcity (or however you write it), so did I! Try to read up on the material not only Outer Game, but also the more important Inner Game and put it to the test!

Mate i read your post and it was as if it was me posting that! same situation completely,every thing u said i ticked the same boxes but i'm 19 and have been kissed but in 3 years of being legal thats nothing to boast about! i too have a few friends that know me well and i can talk to openly with. I can't give you advice obviously but send me a PM now and again and i'll do the same and see what progress we're making in the game.

Glad to hear I'm not the only one, well it's been a few weeks now and I can hold a conversation with a stranger at least for a minute or two, I kinda run out of things to talk about and then there is an awkward silence =D.
