My name is Nick and I'm getting back in after five years off.

I was on and off before that. So I need advice from other men on my early and mid game. I'm pretty good at the end game. When I was younger things just kind of fell in my lap. Now that I've been out again, it isn't that way at all.

My problems is that I'm too blunt, and often too crass. Natural game would seem to suit me but I need to work on my charm. Some of the canned stuff appeals to me because, well... those are the kinds of things that go through my mind anyway. IE: So sweetie, do you have anything going for you besides your looks? Tell me something? What makes you different than all of the other girls here? I actually want to know the answers. Although I am cocky, my ego does get in the way.

So thank you for your time and allowing me on the board. The way I see it, if what I'm doing isn't working, then I should do something else. Stupidity is doing the same thing over and over again, while expecting a different result.
