I'm a 20 year old Medical Student who is currently studying overseas and will be getting his MD in a few years. I've always been a self critic and seek to constantly improve myself. I'm not afraid of constructive criticism but I know where to draw the line between criticism and harrassment.

Due to the sheer nature of the Medical Field, I find that I don't have the time to research which self help books are life changers and which are simply good advice.I'm currently reading Magic Bullets (my first pua dating book) and how to win friends and influence people, any suggestions are whole heartedly welcome.
