Hey guys, Alex here. I'm a 19 year old student in the Chicago area. For a while now this has been the one area of my life I've been unhappy with, and I recently decided to change that. I've been doing an internship the past 2 weeks, and have been using my lunch breaks to try and approach women; nothing spectacular, but I've gone from totally paralyzed by AA to being able to open anyone indirectly (still having trouble going beyond that and opening direct.) I've also been working a bit on online game with okcupid for about a week (figure if I spend so much time on this goddam computer anyway, might as well try and see some action (or maybe something more) come from it.) I've read MM, Gunwitch (which seems good but a bit beyond me right now), some articles on direct game (which appeals to me the most despite so far not having the stones for it), and am working on Magic Bullets. As for hobbies and interests, I'm a very serious fencer, amateur musician, and very into comedy, music (especially ska, blues, blues rock, and classic rock), and libertarianism.
