Basically heartbroken from a recent breakup and my head is a bit shot from the one before that.
I need to move on but I can't seem to do it. Never felt like this before. I know this is a PUA site but I need to get my shit back together before I can start all that. Had sex last weekend for the first time since my breakup and broke into tears midway. This is new territory for me. I'm 39, not looking too bad for my age, but open and raw and need to get my head, heart and game back on track. I need some help guys. Some encouragement. I'm beating myself up and can't let go of the woman I love and have long since lost.
Please help me move forward.

Let yourself feel the pain, don't try and block it out because eventually it will resurface and be 100x more painful than before.
Also, don't put the bitch on a pedestal. It may feel like you lost somone who's perfect and you've fucked up but you havn't, its her loss on losing out on a great relationship.
