Alright guys, I'm 20 years old.

Just read the majority of John Alexander's how to be an alpha male and has found it has helped so far but I still have issues.

I'm usually pretty shy at times, struggling with approval seeking and low self esteem. The book has made a big difference already and I'm much more confident around people although I'm still suffering lapses from time to time.

If I'm not with other people I feel pretty lonely and feel I need people around me which results in me asking loads of people what they're doing etc which makes me think it seems like I'm been quite needy as John Alexander explained.

Has anyone else read the book? Thoughts?

What other books should I be looking at?

Any other advice?

There are many other great books out there and you could probably find many more on the forum but here are a few to get ya started. These books can help with your confidence and can also help out with some other aspects.
