ok I've been reading about picking up girls for about a year now but I didn't take it seroiusly until today,
but when a looked at myself im like oh boy
I'm 18 years old, 5 feet 11, 270 pounds, a wear glasses and I have some sort of allergy in my eyes that makes them red and will never go away, I look like a big nerd too even though I'm not at all .

so, what shall I do ? any tips ?

Listen to me, you like every guy on here wants fuck beautiful women, what if I told you that you could regardless of what you consider your shortcomings would you believe me?

Ok this is what you are going to do

1) Get a pair of glass's that look sexy or at least you feel confident when your wearing them.

2) Make sure you dress on point. Sharp, business like, get the best clothes you can afford but be smart, trousers and shirts have always worked for me, but if you don't feel comfortable wearing these clothes get something else smart.

3) Make sure you groom impeccably, hair, fingernails, nostril hair all that shit

4) Do you have any women friends or relatives who are female, (this is important)
women look for social proof that means if you are with women then women will want to be around you. Arrange a meeting with them somewhere where you know there will be women that you like.

5) (This is the most important rule without this you wont get anywhere)
Walk around like you have a crown on your head, literally walk around like you have a crown on your head. A confident body posture, shows women that your not a douche and you have to be take seriously. Shoulders back, chest out, always walk as if you know where you are going dont slouch or just move around the place be purposeful, above all be confident before you go out tell yourself in the mirror I can fuck any women I want say it 20 times convince yourself that you are the man because bro if you dont think your the man no one else will.

6) Go out more meet other people above all enjoy yourself, you are young and have your whole life ahead of you but trust me if you listen to my advice it will give you a headstart with the ladies

7) Download Robert Greene - The Art of Seduction - its an audio book and it will help you perfect your game.

Never tell a woman you like her, use your eyes and body language to communicate this, as soon as a woman knows you like her than she thinks I have got him and she looks for the next challenge. Always make her think you have other options and would leave her in a hot minute.

I agree! Everytime i'm having a bad day, a good hard workout always seems to level my head out! Especially with the world of PUA and gaming, we always need to see things as clear as we can, and the gym or even just running, helps out a lot!

I would say that as long as someone enjoys your personality, if you are energetic, charismatic, and fun, that's all that matters. If someone doesn't like you even though you have a great personality, but only because you have red eyes, is that someone even worth thinking about? I know, it's hard... we all want action. But seriously, as we say in Southern Cali, chill dude. Don't worry about them, and no one else will.

I would say if you have a REALLY bad day, as Alatheia90 said, Gym helps. Plus, run, swim, or pick up a sport. Learn how to have fun outside, try surfing (if you live close to the ocean) and let life flow. Plus, if your glasses make you that uncomfortable, switch to contacts. My eyes are always red ever since I switched to contacts, but whatever works, right? I personally hated glasses only because I never found ones that fit.
