Hey guys

i signed like 2 mins ago im 28 and have never asked a girl out although i have had sex with a few girls i still cannot go up and talk to them.

just thinking about it makes me nervous. i just have not got a clue of what to say or do.

if i could ask one girl out successfully i would be happy.
