Hey guys, I am introducing myself here and will be a big part of this forum for the next two months. I first read The Game over a year ago, and while I had the urge to learn more, even to become great at it, I have given myself nothing but excuses since finishing the book. Finally, the excuses stop.

I am moving 1,400 miles away from home for the SOLE purpose of immersing myself in the game for 2 solid months. I am in a year off between undergrad and grad schools, and have just enough money saved up to move from small-town Michigan to Austin, Texas and live comfortably for that amount of time. I will not stop gaming after those two months, I just won't be able to focus solely on it. So, here I am, and I hope you all enjoy this ride with me

Question: I would like to post on this forum as often as possible with the events of that previous day. Should a thread like this go in the "Field Reports" section? It will be kind of like a blog/journal, and in the end people can look back and see how far someone can go in two months if you put everything you have into the game.

Right on. Thats a good idea of making a journal from AFC to PUA. I am about to do the same thing except it won't be everyday. If you go to Pensacola or Panama City hit me up and we'll go out sarging.

That is a great idea to make yourself really focus on it. Because no matter how much you read or how much you know it is just getting out there and doing it that will really make you grow. I, too, look forward to seeing your progress.

I am at a hotel in Little Rock, Arkansas right now, and I'm finishing up the last leg of my trip to Austin tomorrow. I will spend the rest of tomorrow getting moved in, and the first "journal" post will be in the Field Reports section on Thursday. This shit's getting real now!
