| Hi, I've been reading about the Community for near enough a year now and am finally doing something about it. From the first, when I cynically started watching an episode of something called "The Pick Up Artist", expecting some freak making an idiot of himself, I was captured. Yeah he seemed a bit freaky, but the guy was a genius, a Darwin of dating and this theory of his was the missing link!
Bizarrely though, I never acted on it. I read and read and read, Mystery, Style Juggler, RSD, I watched DVDs I imagined what I'd do, but I never did it. Yeah I tried a couple of tricks on my female friends at uni, but I never worked up the stones to approach and try what I'd learned. I rationalised that I was too busy, I have a girlfriend already what does this matter. But it does.
I'll say from the outset that I'm very happy in my LTR and am not looking to cheat. What I am looking for, is the confidence of knowing I can have success with other women, which I think will make my relationship more healthy. I also want to bring more women into my life outside of dating. As such, I'm finally joining the community and took my first major step earlier on today by making my first approach, which I'll be posting in the field report section.
