Hey my name's Carma, i'm 20 years old and i got into the game after a long dry spell and a disastrous experience with a girl, luckily, a pua that lived in my building was watching the whole thing and came to my rescue with his advice and a copy of Neil Straus' The Game, this was about 4 months ago and since then i've become more popular and made loads of new friends. I've become a bit stuck since then. I don't have a problem generating interest and i find approaching pretty easy, but i have problems closing so i decided to pick up a few tips on the forums!
I want to be able to turn off the sympathetic side of my nature long enough to close with girls consistently, what i mean by this is that i'm a ''good listener'' which is a good thing but also a bit of a weakness because i listen so much that i end up in the friend zone a lot ofthe time. Really i want to find some fun and something more serious once i find something cool, but as with all things i need practise first!

Hey Carma, welcome to the forum. I'm also the same kind of personality as you, maybe I can pass on some advice, not that I'm anywhere near perfect. I feel like I have learnt a lot, but so much more to learn.

Keep practicing, it will all come good. Don't be scared of failure, in this game, don't let it become an option.
