Ive read the game, the mystery method, and a couple other pua books/manuals so Im somewhat familiar with 'the game' but in this case i am absolutely stumped. any people out there looking for a challenge who can offer some suggestions?

To me that is a big IOI but then when she says she doesn't want to cheat on her bf she is looking for justification for her crush.
Please anyone who is more qualified correct me if i'm wrong but what i think you should do is the following:
1. Find a way to make her feel being close to you is ok but without putting yourself in the just friends zone. (Boyfriend destroyer might work but u better becareful, four years of relationship is a lot of baggage so your gonna need to watch out)
She doesn't want to feel like a cheating bitch - think about how you can get with her so she doesn't have to feel like that.
2. Demonstrate higher value, be the bigger man - her bf isn't even around so that shouldn't be too difficult.
3. she said she isn't strong enough to break up with him? Why? She is saying that she depends on him in some way, she looks to him to protect her - if you can replace him in this way then you will probably get her - again it shouldn't be too hard because he isn't around all the time.
4. Is she happy with him? do you really want to fuck up a happy relationship (if its that) just to get yourself wet? Think about it morally for a while, think about what is good for her too, not just for yourself.
I'm only a newb so I hope my advice can help even a little.
