Hey guys I literally just joined this site. I'm almost 16 years old and I haven't had much success with girls although I'm getting progressively better. Any suggestions or Must-Reads for me?

I just learned this, don't ask questions in the Introduce Yourself section because odds are you won't get an answer. Try the general section or something that fits your specific question.
