Hey,

I'm from the Philippines. I guess it's nigh time I finally jump in from lurker status. I'm 21 yo turning 22 in May. I discovered the community about 6 months ago when a friend lend me a copy of The Game. At first I found it a bit difficult to assimilate the ideas in the Philippine setting. Or maybe I'm just overthinking things (I do that a lot! I guess I'm best off with PUGs like TD and Mystery when it comes to social dynamics. But trust me, it's just all in my head. Get the drift?). See, I believe women here are very different from the west. Then I found an active PU community operating in my country! I'm really eager to try PU for fun and, for the better part, self-improvement.

I am the worst AFC in this part of the world. For these crazy reasons:

I never held hands with anyone (not even with my girl friends).
I never had a girlfriend.
I couldn't approach well.
I have good communications skills (fair, in my standards) BUT my social skills suck a lot!
I'm "weird" (it's what most people think of me, even friends, and worse, even I think I'm weird). By classic definition.
I'm timid, shy, jerky (hence the nick). I move weirdly.
I'M 21!

I'm seriously into this one girl. She's an acquaintance, but we don't... talk. Everyone in my social circle, including this girl, knows I'm into her. She's familiar with that fact since 1 and a half years ago (I assure you guys this'll be the sole post with her in it. I just told you this to give you a rough idea about my pathetic situation.)

Getting laid was never my goal. I just want to be better around people, a better person. I want to learn PUA tactics to broaden my social horizons.

I've done a couple of PU stuff since The Game. I've even made up original stuff from openers to routines and from observations and little psychology, I added a few more to my arsenal. All they need now is testing. I never did the beginner's drill. But I'm starting next week. Will be posting results ASAP!

Help me out! Will try to give you a clearer picture of how different (or not) things here are. Hope to hang out more in the future.
