Hey I'm new to this obviously. I have a bunch of questions. First off, I have no problem going up to a girl, I think I'm fairly attractive however, I have trouble keeping the conversation interesting. I am not a fan of what I consider quirky pickup games like using some technique like "Hey can i ask you a question." So any help there would be awesome.

Another thing is that I met a very cute girl in a study group with only one other person. I will be with her every day for a few hours until friday so I guess I only have 2 more days. Shes cute nerdy, and kinda weird to be honest but not too weird. I really just have no clue what to say to her... its not that I'm nervous I just normally talk to my guy friends about going out and hooking up so I guess I dont have too much to say to girls in general, especially when Im not drinking.

We're pretty much in the same boat..

I recently got out of a relationship..was only for a little more than 1 year..But I'm not too experienced either..and I also find it difficult to keep any conversation interesting lmao not just with a girl I'm interested in..but...Despite my lack of actual experience I've learned a couple things.....

You're in a study group...so you're in college. Lots of girls around...talk to all of them! You dont have to try to hook up with all of them...but talk to all of them. Even if its just for 2 minutes..You'll build experience and more confidence in conversing with women..It may not seem like it, but think about it...EVERYTHING you do and say, amounts to more experience.

With that out of the way, you said you have 2 days left...And you say the study group is you, the girl, and one other person.. So there should be no reason to not communicate with her. You're there with her...you have lots to talk about. The stuff you're studying for one...can be boring, but can also let her get use to talking to you and opening up...and just ask general stuff about her. Get to know her.

After you talk to her for a lil bit....tell her like it is..."Our study group is ending in a couple days, but I'd like to continue getting to know you..Would you like to grab a drink, food, go for a walk, etc. sometime?"....She'll probably say yes as long as she doesnt have a boyfriend...Even if she does say no...you're still not losing anything! So just talk to her about anything and everything to get to know her...then see if she would like to join you some day for food, or drink, or walk, or whatever there is to do which can provide you guys with a peaceful type setting where you can continue to talk and get to know one another

thanks for the reply! yea i guess your right... to be honest i probably would never ask her out directly, i will probably say some stupid joke and ask her if she ever goes out or if she is going to celebrate after the test (not particulary with me but just in general). I have only been talking to girls at bars/clubs so i guess i should probably start trying during the day. again i appreciate the reply

Definitely start talking to them during the day....Then get a couple of them to goto the club/bar with you! All the other girls will see that, and when they realize you're not gay..they'll go crazy and think they're missing out on something great...which of course, they are...cuz you're the man...


But about the study girl....just talk, talk, talk....well...say something here and there and make her talk, talk, talk lol
