I want to get over approach anxiety. Right now I'm a huge introvert and have trouble in social settings. I'm hoping that PUA will do more for me than just help me with women, I want to take what I learn and apply it to other aspects of life as well.

I've been divorced for about two years. Before I was married I was a bit of a natural and had no problem approaching women. For me divorce was the ultimate rejection and it's led to major approach anxiety. I know how to approach women but for some reason I just can't.
