I am strong in negs and openers (following the Mystery Method), but I have approach anxiety and I often don't know how to continue on the conversation past the opener.

Im sure you have heard people say, "girls always go for guys with girlfirends," or "once you stop trying you find someone." These are valid statements and the reasons behind them aren't what you think. sure with the girlfriend there is the fact that women want what they cant have, but as a guy with a girlfriend i can tell you that more women approach me in the bar than my friends i sarge with, and all without them knowing i have a girlfriend.
The reason is your inner game. When you stop looking/have a girlfriend, you carry yourself differently. So my advice is before you learn any more lines, canned openers, negs and whatnot, master your inner game.
If you always kino right away with everybody you speak with, and carry yourself with a new attitude(practice walking and sitting with a better posture) then your game will double without having to learn anything.
The rest is just practice

Sit so people must pay attention or turn and talk to you. be the center of attention and dont clutch your drink to your chest when at a club or party. Keep it nonchalantly next to your waist. it shows an alpha mentality when you do things like that. posture and grooming are what cause you to be approached instead of opening sets yourself
