Hi all,

I'm new as can be to all this, and looking for some help. Im 19, freshman in college, whose looking to no longer be shuffled away as "just a friend". I want to find some one for a longer-term relationship but that cant start unless I can get myself out there. Im determined to make things look up by the end of this semester before I head back home. So any links to good posts on natural games or just plain confidence building techniques would be most appreciated.

Right now I feel that my main hang up is that somewhere in how I present myself or act around girls i get stuck in the friend zone. I also lack some confidence when it comes to my appearance (a bit of acne and that "always tired" look, both of which are rather stubborn). I've noticed a pattern in how things have gone lately, i either connect well with the girl, but get put into the "friend zone" or get blown off. So here I am reaching out to ya'll. I want to turn the giants I'm stumbling over back into the windmills I can walk by casually.
