| Like I stated before I'm new to being a life coach but I did take many classes on what I think that would help my students. First lets discuss what I needed to learn to become a life coach.
When I was 15 years young I started M.M.A. training for the fitness section in my life. I did one fight in San Jose, Milpitas. Now I train about 5-6 students In wresting, boxing, muay thai and jiu jitsu. I've also been training with crossfit, gymjones and sports lab for the past year and a half. With all this knowledge I still have a lot to learn in the fitness industry where it expands and new things are brought up every year.
I am a hair stylist, I went to beauty school when I was 18. I learned to Interact with clients and learned business and social skills while working everyday in a high end salon. My MMA coach was my boss at this salon, he's like Adam Sandler from "ZOHAN"!!! hahaha. In the beauty industry I learned make up, skin, nails and my biggest achievement which is hair. I know how to cut and color anyone's hair to make them change their look.
I play many sports basketball, football, MMA, surfing, Motorcycle riding Etc. Within these kind of sports you learn to be a social ambassador. You learn to meet new people everyday which widens yours social dynamic interaction.
My Dad's a Taylor so I'm learning to taylor my own clothes, this shit ain't easy man!!! But I'm new to it so let's hope i get better at it. This is the fashion side of my training. Every year there's something new coming out with fashion.
I'm an artist, I help my friends paint. I've also been painting since I was 15, not the greatest but I make shit sell on Second Saturday art shows here in Sacramento, Ca. I continue to take classes on becoming a better painter.
Music, I suck but I'm taking a piano and guitar class in fall semester.
College, in 2 weeks I start taking classes in college. They are Human sexuality, Psychology of women, Communications and Geology. I tried to take a class on NLP but they do not give this course in college but my doctor did recommend a class in SF for NLP certification and he also told me I didn't need a degree to become a life coach they have a school's for that kind of training.
The love section, I'm still a student to this. I've only been studying in PUA for 8 months with practical and theory. I'm not the greatest but hey, when it's game time the power lies within mouth piece!!!
That's pretty much it, I'm hoping to learn more and excel like no other!!!!
