Hey, so I've been lurking about a few message boards trying to get some tips about this girl I was really into. Tonight was the second date, and after a fantastic evening of drinks and a rather epic marathon of darts I took her home. Unfortunately, despite the constant flirting and physical contact, she brought up the what are you looking for conversation saying she's not looking for a relationship. I was honest, I told her I liked her and wanted to be more than friends. Needless to say, the conversation didn't go the greatest: sorta ruined the night. I decided then and there that it was time to make a change. Anyway I suppose a back story as to who I am would be a good idea for an intro post.

I am a 21 year old virgin, mostly by choice I suppose. I think I've been too thoroughly caught up with the idea of true love: I mean I've always been a hopeless romantic but I think it's starting to hold me back. I'm not bad with women, sometimes I have confidence problems which cause me to choke a bit but I think that happens to everyone when they start out. I will be attending George Mason University next semester with a major in political science with the hope of becoming an international attorney some day. Throughout High School I was training to become an opera singer, I write my own music. I love to read and plan to become a writer some day. Anyway, that's me: sorry if this post is a bit long-winded but it was an off night needless to say.

Honestly, I'm kind of a one woman guy. That might change but I'd rather be in a few good relationships than a string of one night stands. Granted I'm still very much an AFC.

There's nothing wrong with that. I got quite some exes but my goal always was to find a life partner.
