Hey guys.

I am 27. Divorced from an absolute beautiful woman that I met through friends. So I didn't have to really approach her.

My problem isn't really getting women. I get laid quite a bit, but it has been with women not up to my standards or from meeting online.

I want to be able to go up to and talk to beautiful women out in public. I can do it easy online, but the hot girls online usually just think guys on the net are psychos.

Carrying a conversation with a girl and just having a relationship is easy to me. I just can't approach them and get to that point. I don't really go out a lot since I have a kid. But I do see a lot of women when I am out doing regular stuff like shopping, etc.

So I am here for any info I can get to get me over this shyness and nervousness I have.

I can talk to ugly girls easy. But if I see them and think they are attractive at all I just clam up and think about it too much instead of just jumping in.

Help me get over this initial shyness!!!!! What do I say? Why am I afraid of rejection?
