Well, last Friday, I tuned into Last Call with Carson Daly and noticed a guy talking about his book called "The Game." I only heard very minuscule details about this book as this guy was explaining it. I can't even remember what I heard about it that intrigued me to buy it but, the very next day I go to Barnes & Noble to get it. Read the whole book that weekend and after reading it, I was wanting to know so badly about this art and learn it. Within the days to follow, I bought multiple books some of which were mentioned in "The Game" and some that I thought would aid me in the learning process.

I currently have the following books:

"The Definitive Book of Body Language" by Allan and Barbara Pease
"How to Win Friends & Influence People" By Dale Carnegie
"Think and Grow Rich" By Napoleon Hill
"The Red Queen" By Matt Ridley
"The 48 Laws of Power" By Robert Greene
"The Art of Seduction" By Robert Greene
"Live Your Dreams Let Reality Catch Up: NLP and Common Sense for Coaches, Managers and You" by Roger Ellerton
"Rules of the Game"
"The Mystery Method"


I still have a few more NLP books to buy though.

I figure that after reading all these books, I will then start to study on the actual game itself, I have already read the body language book and has given me some good insights on body language affecting the situation at hand. Funny thing is that the body language book I have references NLP books by Bandler and Grinder.

Am I on the right track so far?

I'm located in Cheyenne, Wyoming
I am 17 years old and though I'd start early so I can get ahead in life
I have not tried to pick up any females yet as I am currently just beginning to study
I am a computer graphics artist, I like to work out, but I'm not exactly in shape, I am a buff chubby guy
I am hoping to learn the game within 1-3 years

The Rules of The Game has the same author.

I would also read The Tipping Point, and anything else by malcolm gladwell, and the 7 habits of successful people" and absolutely nothing by donald trump or that kiyosaki guy.
