Hello to everyone out there!!

I just recently broke up with my gf of the last 4+ years. She cheated on me and I didnt take it very well. We stayed together after she cheated bc I WANTED to. After reading some material on the PUA websites this sounds pretty dumb of me and I am wondering why I was ok with it.

I am trying to change my mindset ( I do feel it gettng better with the more I read)

I am not a good converstationalist and I guess that is really where I want to start off. I have started by just saying Hi to girls I see everywhere (mostly when I go for jogs outside). This seems to be helping my confidence. So Im ready to start getting into conversations and openers.

My main goal is to find that special someone that I will spend the rest of my life with. My past relationships I never felt like I got to choose who I wanted to be with. They chose me and I went with it. I was happy for the most part but was always looking for something more in the back of my mind. I WANT TO DO THE CHOOSING.
