First off, I'm not your usual type of guy who is probably posting in this forum. For one thing, I'm not a YOUNG guy at all. We'll just say that I used to be a 40-something, but that was last year.

I'm a VERY young at heart and very youthful guy who stays in good shape and never dresses like my dad.

I was following the thread about "Mystery" from VH1 and his attention getting attire and accessories. That would be me, though not QUITE as drastic now. In my younger days it was ALL wild... including some uniquely styled hair. I have always detested normalcy and I've never worn a flannel shirt, even when NIRVANA made them cool. It's hard to find men's clothes that aren't the usual collared, button down type, but I often manage.

When I'm going out dancing, I often like to put on my "Red Shoes," as Bowie would sing.... they're just nice red slip on loafers, but they accent my fast foot movements AND provide openers from ladies.

NOW... with ALL of that said, I must admit that while I'm not shy, I have too often watched a perfectly incredible woman walk out of my life, because I lacked the knowledge or ability to "Open" with her.

So, I've been reading all the books, which all have a central theme and regimine, which I'll just need to study a bit more and then... GO FOR IT!

What's the worst that can happen?

Actually the WORST thing that can happen is that I DON'T take that chance, I DON'T open with that perfect woman for me, and I DON'T get a chance to enjoy would could be some of the most amazing times in my life.

That would TRULY be the worst that could happen.
