This place is great. Real glad I happened upon it. Total AFC here. Except way more frustrated.

I plan on doing a lot of reading before really jumping into this. "The Newbie Mission" seems easy enough for me, though, and I expect it to be fun. I can't wait till I have some free-time this weekend to try it.

Welcome to the forum. :D Reading is good and it certainly helps to educate yourself before you go out. There is no way you can learn it "all" before hand but always good to know where you are headed.

Thanks. Yeah, I just read a great post from a one-time PUA, listing the various pratfalls that people can fall into after joining the community. Most of them that he listed are things I personally would never do, but one that he mentioned regarded reading too much, getting too much into my head, and taking away from my natural personality. So I think I'll do some reading, but not too much, before heading out there.
