How long should a seduction take place....
Seduction should happen after there has been enough attraction and comfort building with a women. From what I understand when you're at the stage of seduction with a women then she will actually assist in the seduction or creation of the seduction SPAM. As far as how long a seduction should take place - it should be according to her comfort levels with you - on average after 7 hours of attraction and comfort building which would also include some kino escalation during this time. I'm learning that 90% of your time or focus is making the girl feel comfortable before moving on to seduction.

As far as "Ultimate Inner Game" I haven't finished it just yet but a few things have defintaley been hard wired. The one thing that really stands out is when you said something to the effect of "You've rejected yourself before they've had a chance to reject you". The limiting belief exercise was pretty powerful the first time I tried it. It really does put a different perspective in mind however you must actually 'feel' the time and visualize looking back in time for it to really, really effect you. The eye scramble exercise is also brilliant as well but however I don't have a wing to practice with. It's hard to follow along in your video (I tried a few times) but I see the potential. I took it step further - Why not record a variety of 10 minute videos of just a body shot with my arms leading the eye scramble exercise. This way I can maximize the video on the screen and practice the exercise myself. I was going to throw them on youtube and give people here, that are interested in this sort thing, a chance to practice this exercise is they don't have a wing.
