Hello everyone,

Today is the first day of my new approach to dating and seduction.

I haven't been to bad at it in the past to be honest, but it all seems a bit of a rollercoaster with peaks and troughs - one night of madness followed by months of nothing.

I have read about the PUA phenom and want in, I think I'm a nice guy and generally want to up my game after a long dry spell.
