Gotta love the self esteem!
That was the onlything I had to play with befor i saw The PUA (the VH1 show) 1 weeks ago. And it's worked for me so far. Though I noticed quickly what I was doing right and wrong when Mystery though his students his moves!
You gotta love his smooth technique and smart lines.
So after watching the show I was hooked on the PUA world. I needed more info and startet to read "The Game", not exactly a ABC on picking up but a lot of fun. After that I started reading up on some basic NLP and other usefull stuff. The whole thing about mirroring postures, breathing and so on was awsome info and so true! I do it all the time at work now to build rapport and to train myself to watch for eye movement and such.

So here I am, the 22year old norwegian up and coming PUA!
