New to MPUA Forum

ok well im really new to this forum thing so i could really use some help. i dont really know wat all the DHV & negs are and the IOIs are. also i dont really have much comfidence when i approach girls. but anyways i could really use some tips and tricks for the flow and style of the PUA FORUM.
