Howdy mPUAs, PUGs, & AFCs -

I'm a 31 yo AFC looking to make a major change. I just had a really bad case of One-itis and it got to the point where I was fed-up with the fallout, and felt it's time to get in shape. I've got a really bad case of AA. Right about now, I'm as motivated as I've ever been to get things going in the right direction. :D
