hey bro im 17 aswell.. i just started last month so i dont have much decent advice but ive spent alot of time invested on firstly getting rid of approch anxiety but somthing that helped me was when i started getting AA i would make excuses in my mind why wouldnt approach like for example.."she seems kinda busy" or "ohh i should have done it as soon as she saw me coz if i did it now it would seem like im a stalker" but now when i see a hot chick and the AA sets in i trained myself think differently by thinking "wow how good would it be to get with that chick" or "damn i want her number" when u think about it u got nothing to lose except that hot chick that sort of getting me over my AA but thats not to say its not gone.. sometimes i still let the girls go by.. and i regret it later on..

Im 17 and from the UK ive been learning PUA for about a year.
My best advice is...
-Use material wich girls our age can relate to! I.e The X factor DONT use canned openers that have a sexual intentions as you will come across as a abit of a perv!

-I used to suffer from REALLY bad AA to get over it i used to go and open mixed sets if your good at being C&F then befriending the lads in the set is the best way of getting past the AMOG.

- In college if thers a HB next to you in class and you dont know how to open her, Start a game of noughts and crosses on a scrap peice of paper...if you win neg her, if she wins still neg her. Play a few more games then starta convo on the paper.

- Go to as many nights out as you can! If you get to know alot of people your value soars!

-Also PRACTICE!!! This isnt to sound bad but you will fail...you will hit shit tests that you cant handle and you will find Cock bloks fuking up your set. See this as a way to improve your game instead of a personal attack on you.

-Final thing....POST POST POST!!! if you have a problem post it on here!
