And now that you've clicked, I have no clue, not a damn thing, no goal, on what to say.

Really, what can there be.

Hi, my name is ~bullshit~ and I can't get a girl to save my life, hell, to save my dick.

I'm 23, never kissed a girl, and tried to read stuff on this general site with no real clue where to start, since its so big and everything seems pretty self-referrential.

A good start would be reading the book The Game by Neil Strauss or AKA Styles. Aside from having a glossary in the back it'll introduce you to the basic concepts.

Nope. Maybe one? I dunno if that even counted as a date.

Also, I have read the game, however, there is a ton of stuff in there and I don't know how to get off the ground so to speak.

Yeah, "The Game" is a little self-referential like that.
Not that I'm merchandising, but there's the follow up called "the rules of the game:learn the game in 30 days" which breaks down the concepts and takes it all at a steady pace.
It also means you're not stuck reading TLA's (Three letter acronyms) that make no sense at all.
I've just bought a copy, next step is actually getting started
