New to MPUA Forum

Well, I'm new. I'm not hopeless with girls, not shy... but i need some pointers, and i figure any help is nice. I'm a little bit overweight, 30lbs from now i'd look great.

I've had a couple of girlfriends, the last one for three and a half years. i got thrown in the friend zone. it's my biggest issue. :P

not shallow, not looking to "just get laid."
