My name is Rich, this name represents the way i wish to return to the confidence that i once had; to get anybody i wanted in my youngest years (perhaps the most challenging time). that confidence has been taken away from me this year by the girl i believed to be the one.

Long story short we were happy for 5 years and she cheated on me on holiday with her girl friends, with some guy who musta had some natural pua skills. Then she broke up with me about 6 months ago using the 'we need a break' routine that girls use to get out of a long relationship they dont want anymore.

So the confidence knockin came from that fact that we were really happy together, committed, close, very passionate and still wrestled like school kids. and all of this wasnt gd enough

But im glad to report im still bitter about the situation but i dating other girls but the negative thoughts still pop in my head and effect my frame.
