i am new to pu, i am 23 6"2' 388lbs and i plan to break the fat guy problem with pu right now i am reading style's the game. i am open to any advice given and if any PUAs or RAFCs whom are big guys are on here shoot me a line with some tips on bridging that.

Well I'm still AFC I only got into this a few months back. Good to see your reading the game. An awesome book if your interested is Magic Bullets from Lovesystems, and Rules of the Game by Neil Strauss as well.

My best advice on the bridging is, go for walks, it's exercise, and it doubles because you can start confidence building, every time someone walks past look em in the eye if you can, if you can handle that, acknowledge them with a smile/Hi if you can, Good for proving to yourself that every one is human.

thats a good idea, i actually got a trainer at the beginning of this week. i did a weight in and while i am not saying the number i do know i lost 22 pounds since i started dieting last month. the gym i am now going to is awsome! only 30 a month and the trainer is another 50 a week. (better than 150 an hour at some gyms) and your right on the greating people thing. i was using some cat string yesterday to mold peoples attire for my birthday party next friday. i desided i wanted to make everyone dress formal without telling anyone "okay we are all dressing formal" so using cat string i worked my lovely friends in matching my black suit and crimson tie lol. i have chosen to break tension i am going to work every woman i can whom when i look at her i can form an opener. i plan to go for a full close for my birthday, i number closed a 7 a few days ago and i am letting her be my date for my birthday, i will attempt to full close her by the end of the night. i just need to find a wing around here or hell i would wing for someone if i knew anyone. but all in good time ya know... btw your signature, man its promoting a negative outlook upon yourself, you should make it something positive. and i think once you are hear and reading and trying to implement you are a rafc. the afc is what you were before you found PUAs and game
