New to MPUA Forum

I've just turned 18, still in high school.
I've been working on changing myself for my entire highschool career. Each year I change, and get better, as a person on the inside, and socially.
I'm at my peak now, I feel more comfortable than ever talking to people...
...but I am still held back. My biggest issues are being too monotone, reserved, and not knowing what to say in a conversation. I can initiate them, but then I don't know what to talk about after that. That's my biggest issue that I need to work on now, I'm hoping I can get help here.
