Hey Sharpe, I really relate to your post. My sister was quite dominant when I was growing up and it affected me in the same way as you describe ur Mum with you.
I'm starting to be less of a 'nice guy', and in relation to your post above I've found a great way to get started is to notice when ur being nice, and just stop it (i.e. don't offer to do things for girls, etc.).
A good rule I've been going by is: if you wouldn't do it for a guy mate of yours, don't do it for the girl. Would you do your friend's homework for them? Course not.
Other than that its just having the balls to say things to girls you wouldn't normally have the guts to. Stuff like, "Easy tiger." and "You're a bratty girl." Was really hard for me at first, but the more I do, the easier it gets.
I was so fearful of how they would respond, and how I would deal (or not) with that, it was stopping me even trying.
As soon as I stopped giving a fuck what they thought of me and just went balls-out, I started making significant progress.
Now I'm really liking being a 'badass' and spanking girl's asses within minutes of meeting them
